“Definition of Relevant Educational Steps to Facilitate Inclusion” (DRESFI) is a common paper which has been elaborated by the BIC teams. It arises from a study made by GRETA du Velay and from the exchange of good practices in the course of the partnership project. Each team added or adapted different points of the paper. Those resulted from experiences in dealing with illiterate persons, newcomers, refugees and asylum seekers. D.R.E.S.F.I. suggests relevant educational steps to be done in order to meet the needs of these persons in European countries. The paper is a basic tool which has been tested, evaluated and is in use e.g. in France.
